Would you like to update your details in your customer account? If so, please log in to your customer account here first, then click on Profile in the menu to change details such as your first name, surname, telephone number or address. You can also change your email address there. Please note, that if you change your email address whilst an order is still being processed, notification emails such as order and shipping confirmations, as well as invoices for that order, may not be delivered to your new email address. If you are missing any of the above notifications, simply contact our customer service team – please use this contact form and include your order number (beginning with NP).
