Coconut blossom sugar is extracted from the flowers of the coconut palm and is an alternative to white table sugar. You can use it just like normal sugar. It has the advantage of a particularly pleasant and mild sweetness. Coconut blossom sugar gives your products and dishes a delicious caramel flavour. For us, this is one reason why we only use coconut blossom sugar in our products.
